Why Rocket League
Our Rocket League camp is designed to help you get better and have a blast while doing it! Easy to understand but tough to master, Rocket League is one of the most fun and accessible games in the world. Mechanics and game sense are important to Rocket League, and we will improve our camper's individual skills and ability to play as a team.
About Game Gym
Game Gym offers a healthy approach to video games, with structured sessions and professional coaches designed to help kids game better and smarter!
We will work with campers to improve their gaming skills as well as fundamental life skills such as teamwork, public speaking, and critical problem-solving.
What You Will Learn
Over the course of the week, we will work on:
- Organize specific drills to identify weak points
- Practice 1v1s, 2v2s, and 3v3s
- Moving without the ball
- How to rotate on offense/defense
- Learn to read the ball and your opponents
- Setting up your shot
- Have meaningful discussions on hot-topic issues
- Getting familiar and proficient at movement and control
- Strategies to win
- Being a good teammate
- Communication with teammates
- Talking to real-life professionals about the gaming industry
- Discussing real-world events in a respectful and engaging way

Campers Schedule & Activities
- Arrival and Morning Meeting: 30 minutes
- Teambuilding activities led by Game Gym Certified coach (include topics about health, nutrition, mental health, communication, the business of esports): 45-60 minutes
- Gaming Time with Game Gym Certified Coach: 90-120 minutes
- Lunch: 30-45 minutes
- Pool: 60-75 minutes ( which includes changing and changing back)
- Playground/Snack: 15 minutes
