Are you highly organized, trustworthy, and interested in the world of esports, events, and startups?

The Game Gym is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and staff to assist in running day-to-day operations, organizing events, and coordinating various aspects of both short and long-term projects.  Work hours are flexible, requiring two to three days working on site per week.

Your duties will include:

  • Keeping our task managing app, Monday, up to date
  • Researching and filing for county and state permits
  • Manning the Game Gym email
  • Planning both weekly and end-of-season events
  • Running local work-related errands
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What we require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office software
  • Must have daily access to reliable personal transportation

 

What would get us excited:

  • 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience 
  • Knowledge of and interest in esports
